Today's Cooking ...
Watched my friends daughter last night; as Mom had a work party. She wanted Mexican, because Mom doesn't like it - so, it was out for Mexican.

Back to my meatloaf tonight w/salad and fruit or garlic bread.

Tonight for Saturday's dinner it's a pork roast with sliced roasted potatoes and mixed frozen vegetables

So, What Is Everyone Else Up To?

Today's Cooking ...
Well, after a not planned start to the weekend; I caught up a bit.
Very quiet with just me for dinner; although very late. I have a small meatloaf for the freezer; and,some for leftovers this week, which I love.

Me: Baked cod over a swiss chard tomato sauce (freezer stash; saved some of the sauce from my swiss chard lasagna) adding white wine, broth, and olives to the sauce; couscous; fresh fruit.

I just put a roast in the oven with carrots, green beans, onions and rosemary all in the same pan, to roast all afternoon, with some leftover butter noodles.
