Ladies #1 and #2+4 - Lunch: Mini pumpkins filled w/potato squash soup (new recipe); classic spinach salad; and, http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/easy-c ... okies-5472
NOT cooking the pumpkins till soft; just warming them up in the oven. They are basically just the bowl. But, it you lightly cook them, they release some of the flavor.
Me: Tacos (freezer stash meat) w/all the typical toppings (cheese, sc, avocado, lettuce, salsa); and, spicy black beans
Happy Cooking Everyone!

We are having http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/ground ... illet-2174 -- modified based on what is on hand -- so using golden mushroom soup instead of tomato.

The pasta sounds good. Mushroom soup should be fine. I'm always mixing up what I have on hand. Good warming comfort food. NOT cold here; but, soup sounded like fall, lol. We dont get much fall or winter here.

Tonight it was rotisserie chicken breasts and sauted sliced zucchini and mushrooms with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar and rich beef stock reduced down.
