IT'S THURSDAY EVERYONE! FIRST, PRAYERS TO THOSE ON THE EAST COAST WITH HURRICANE MATTHEW ...
I'm on the West Coast; and, we will get wind and rain. But, a 140 mph storm will hit FL, best wishes to all.

Today's Cooking ...
Lady #2+2 Friends: Grilled pesto skirt steak (a simple marinade of pesto, jalapeno, onion); http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/creamy ... serole-469 roasted balsamic cherry tomatoes; http://damndelicious.net/2014/04/14/eas ... san-knots/

Me: Since I ended up with an egg scramble last night; tonight, back to my garlic shrimp and peas, caprese salad (I just wasn't hungry last night).

What's Everyone Up To Today?

Cagey, that is one of my favorite meals. I LOVE perogies; but onions and sour cream is a must. My problem is I eat WAY TOO MUCH. I have a local polish deli who makes them fresh. They are so so good.

And, I'm west coast of FL. So, it will be breezy and rainy; but, that is about it. We could get some high winds; but, shouldn't be any damage at all. The east coast; they are in serious trouble.
Thx for asking. All good over here.

Ellie, pantry clean out is always good. I try to do that weekly as it is just me; so, I'm always looking for ways to stretch my food on hand.

I love the pantry and freezer to make a big pot of soup now and then. Always good to have some on hand.

My niece and nephew-in-law live in Boynton Beach, but his employer evacuated them to Tampa to work out of their office there. But I'm concerned about their home. They just bought it.
Tonight I just made spaghetti and meatballs.
