What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 7/31
Well, the last 2 days were busy here. A catered wedding on Friday for 25; so, just some soup for me, in between serving courses. Last night I went out to a Mexican place with friends.
Tonight, I have some leftover lentil/carrot salad from Thursday. I'll add some more chicken, serve over greens; make a fruit salad, and call it dinner.
What's on your plate tonight? Any fun summer grilling going on?

Today, it's real simple. Caprese pizza on naan bread with fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden.

I think caprese is on the menu this week. I have been enjoying simple tomato/mayo sandwiches. LOVE THEM.
Dinner sounds great lovin ... yes, I think I slept through July as well!

Makeit, Pesto sounds good. I just planted my new batch of basil. Pesto and Pasta, match made in heaven.
Shapes, I love the crockpot ... east and no fuss. Sounds tasty!!
Enjoy everyone; and HAPPY SUNDAY!!!
