What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 6/6

YES, IT REALLY IS MONDAY!
Well, FL is dealing with a tropical storm ... nothing big, just rain; and, most offshore from me.

Yesterday, I switched up my dinner with tonight; so, tonight is my leftover pork tenderloin over fettuccine alfredo. Probably a cucumber salad and fruit on the side. Keeping it simple.

I have tons of cubanelle peppers and jalapenos; so, I want to make a refrigerator relish today if I have time. If not, that will be tomorrow.

Sorry I haven't posted for about 3 weeks. I was helping care for my brother until he passed last week.
Yesterday, we had rib eye steak and baked potatoes, with sauted mushrooms and onions.
Today, I made stuffed peppers, green beans sauted with red peppers, onions, garlic and then steamed with beef broth and worcestershire sauce, and a caprese salad.

Cookin ... Trust me ... no more than lots of rain. Actually north of me got lots more than us. But, this isn't unusual. We are used to it. No more than summertime storms.

Caroll, Dogs ... I do love a good dog any day. Marcia ... chicken w/dumpling is true comfort food, any time of the year.

Lovin, I am so sorry to hear. I am not sure if expected or surprised is better; difficult either way. Prayers to your family and friends.
Dinner sounds great. Sometimes getting back in to a regular routine helps to move on ... but, never easy. Sorry again.

Thanks, KC, for your kind words. It was a blessing to know he's not suffering anymore.
