Happy May Day!!!
In the late 19th century, May Day was chosen as the date for International Workers' Day by the Socialists and Communists of the Second International to commemorate the Haymarket affair in Chicago. International Workers' Day may also be referred to as "May Day", but it is a different celebration from the traditional May Day.
It is also a traditional spring holiday in many cultures. Dances, singing, and cake are usually part of the celebrations that the day includes.

Me: After ziplining yesterday, we had a big lunch; so, no dinner. Tonight, my freezer stash, ham/bean/swiss chard soup; and a double grilled cheese sandwich. Strawberries for dessert.

Oh, Fried pickles ... definitely on my top 10! Sounds like a perfect Sunday dinner.

I have some leftover grilled chicken so it will go into a main dish salad dinner tonight along with toasted garlic bread slices

59, I love a good dinner salad. I try to do that once a week; And lilly, cream cheese spaghetti. OMG, decadent, I bet that is delicious.
