Also, it's National Artichoke Day ! One of my favorite vegetables.

So, today a few things going on:
Ladies #1 and #2: Creamed chicken and peas over biscuits (sort of chicken a la king); spinach salad w/fruit. I dropped it off this am. They didn't know if they wanted a late lunch or dinner - this way, toss the salad; and heat the chicken.
Nursing/Assisted Living Home - Group 2 Cooking Class: Same as last week. I prepped everything last night.
My dinner, back to my pork chops; but, just w/mushroom onion sauce. I will be having spuds tomorrow with CBC. Applesauce and a small fruit and green salad.
