I'm making this for 2 of my vegan friends today. I make a version of this; but, I use more leeks/less potatoes, and more herbs - http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/vegetari ... k-soup.php.
A new recipe based on my mushroom/celery salad and another recipe; but, adding arugula, scallions, goat cheese; avocado; and a tomato dressing - all in a whole wheat wrap. Dessert - I have made these many times; http://minimalistbaker.com/5-ingredient ... e-cookies/. I even love these.
I'll drop off everything later today. They are taking care of my plants and kitties while camping; and, they did last week when I was away as well. So, I owe them a nice dinner.
Me: I found a small container of taco meat (freezer) ... that means taco salad. I have chips, greens, onions, cheese, salsa or tomato, sour cream, avocado, pickled jalapenos, and beans; plus lots of fruit. I'm pretty well set. If I don't want a salad ... I can do tacos too, minus the beans.
