TGIF Everyone!

Everyone looking forward to a nice weekend?
I'm hoping to get some kayaking in; maybe a couple of walks on the beach, the Farmers market and a little R&R.

Tonight ...
Ladies #1 and #2 - Card/Game Night: Citrus grilled shrimp (lime and OJ, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, honey) w/sriracha aioli; http://www.recipezazz.com/…/chorizo-and ... n-chili-97… in a bread bowl; grilled iceberg w/cilantro lime vinaigrette; http://www.naturalsweetrecipes.com/no-b ... an-chocola…/

My dinner, back to my corned beef today. Inviting a poker buddy over to enjoy some leftovers after they get off work. I had to switch last nights dinner around due to work.

What's on your menu?

I'm a freezer gal too! Love it.
Sounds like a nice dinner ... and I get the lazy thing ... trust me. Love me some venison!!

My night changed too, I lent my crock pot to a friend, so a quick change to fish and veggies in a foil pouch.

Judy, I think we get a few lurkers; but, not everyone posts. I do get ideas too. The photo forum too is great to check out pics and ideas.

I love the beans and ham; that sounds so comforting.
Today, I am cooking for 1 of the ladies; and, making them reubens, spud salad, fruit salad - and they are getting a jar of my homemade refrigerator pickles.

Me, I had a working lunch. They brought calamari and salad; so, not very hungry. I may just snack on fruit, cheese/crackers, I have smoked salmon and veggies too w/dip. So, nothing special.

That was way more for lunch than I normally eat; so, I'm good.
I have to pack up the rest of my corned beef ... which I had last night. I have some for reubens, soup, and hash too.
