It's leftovers day, as planned. #recipe7083, #recipe5778, and the last of the #recipe10259.

Felix, the looks of that photo with the grape salad has made me put grapes on my grocery list for next week. That is a great looking dinner.

Tonight I'll lightly brown some firm tofu, top it with baked beans with Luvcookin's cuke and radish salad as a side(another great photo)!!! I am having another love bout with tofu....must be the summer heat and I feel better eating lighter meals.....strawberries and yogurt for dessert.

Chana, the idea of blintzes sounds great to me!!! I think I'd probably opt for the applesauce, unless you have real maple syrup ;)

Don't worry about "jumping in". We're all here to share what we'll be eating tonight. I know I get some great ideas.....not necessarily always making exact recipes, but adapting them to what I have on hand :D

Deepster, I love fruit in the summer; I try to have it for desserts most nights. Not in to sugary desserts, so I love all the fresh fruits.

Chana, welcome - nice to see you. Jump in any time. And blintzes sound wonderful. Something I rarely make; but, truly love them.

Morning Everyone!

Well, I made it through my 3 day fast. Today is FOOD! After a fast, you have to start fairly slow; so, this morning I had a poached egg, cottage cheese with fresh berries. Food never tasted better, lol.

I know I should eat a bit lighter today; so, I will be having mostly salad; and go easy on the pizza. Although, a margarita pizza is a bit lighter.

Dinner - I'm invited over to a friends for dinner.
They are making my version of a margarita pizza on the grill, green salad; and, I'm taking a vanilla gelato with fresh berries

I will be posting my recipe for the pizza. It is a mix of fresh basil pesto and just a small amount of roasted tomatoes; then, topped with fresh tomato slices, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

I have ranch beans in the crock pot. Possibly corn muffins. And zucchini of some sort.
