Morning Everyone!
So nice to be allowed back on site.
I have been working on "Jamie Oliver's Meals in Minutes" Cookbook. My family has enjoyed many recipes from this book. I will post about it in the "Cookbook Forum".
I have also been working with "juniper berries" in recipes. Starting with pork & moving along the meat chain.
This evening we will be joining friends for a Happy Birthday dinner.

Seems silly to keep posting to myself but then I am sure this will improve when the crew arrives.
I have a very nice dinner planned for this evening. I am making grilled prime rib on a cedar plank. Recipe is from "over there" so I am not sure if I am allowed to post it? Twice stuffed baked potatoes, caesar salad, stuffed portobello mushrooms. Dessert is being brought by the guests.
