We had a nice dinner at home last night. We had chicken florentine. That is skinless chicken breasts flattened and stuffed with a mixture of spinach cheese and garlic. sadly, I've tossed out so many "rocks" or yeasty-tasting loaves, I just don't bother scratch bread baking anymore, the closest to a good bread comes out from my breadmaker
