I'm making meatballs cooking them in a pan with some pasta and sauce then topped with mozza cheese. It's a meatball and pasta casserole :)

I would brown it in a skillet then add in some eggs and scramble them or you could just freeze it ;)

As far as I know I think you could use lemon pepper seasoning but why would you want to sub just go to some spice store and get just how much you need for the recipe
