I haven't been here for quite a while. I didn't post a lot but I did now and again in the what's for dinner thread. I always read it and used to look forward to it for ideas. I noticed that Ninner and Felix have not been here for a while. I hope they are both well. Has anyone heard from them?

I had some chili and Italian bread in the freezer so tonight will be nice and easy. I will toast the Italian bread.

You should try it Dissie. They're really tasty. Now I am in the mood for cheese and onion on toast. It's been ages since I have had it. Plus I always have cheese and onions on hand.

When I make a cheese and onion sandwich I grate the cheese preferably sharp and chop the onion and mix it with a little mayo. I like it best on toast.

Tonight we are having lasagna, salad and garlic bread.

I have some frozen meat pies in the freezer so it will be meat pies, gravy, homemade oven fries and peas.

I had some boneless pork loin chops so I made sweet and sour pork and fried rice. We had a salad as well.
