Food is the basic need of human beings. Man cannot live without it. It is essential to eat the right quantity of food for a healthy balanced diet. All you just need to do is buy it from supermarket and it will be ready in just half an hour. Unfortunately, such kinds of foods may give rise to hundreds of diseases such as obesity, cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and many more.

  • Enrich your diet with meat, fish, eggs and pulses. These foods help in the repair and growth of the body as they are abundantly rich in proteins.
