I got some minced cod on sale and used this recipe. It was delicious. Carmelized some onions& topped with Thai chili sauce and no bun. Great dinner

Thanks R.A.G., KC & Bea. was happy that it worked just as well with Cod. Halibut is SOOoooo expensive
