The 1st First Course
The other night the DH and I decided to serve 3 first courses the first one began with our http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/prawn-cutlets-16430 plus half a dozen crumbed scallops served in the shell and with a plum sauce and a sweet and sour sauce to dip on the side.
Our other dish was to do a double serve of our http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/delect ... ster-14172 but using prawns/shrimps but sorry no photo and oh served over rice.

Unfortunately most of mine are done at night under normal lighting and usually on the kitchen bench and just before serving so just do the best I can with what I've got for me it is a fun hobby that I don't take too seriously but enjoy.
