WELL, I HOPE EVERYONE MADE IT THROUGH MONDAY ... IT'S JUST ANOTHER TUESDAY!

Today's Cooking ...
A busy morning for me; but, pretty easy. It's a catering breakfast; but, not much to cook, just the eggs and coffee. The rest is just set everything out. I set up last night; and, will drop off this am. Then, I'm gone. Back later to pick up; and, the group always takes home the leftovers.

Lady #1 and the Historical Library Club:
Bagel Bar - A mix of sweet and savory bagels; maple nut cream cheese, chive cream cheese; plain cream cheese w/all the toppings - cucumber, tomato, capers, salmon, red onion, etc. Also, soft scrambled eggs w/prosciutto.

Lady #3: http://www.recipezazz.com/.../a-lighter-bit-healthier...

Me: Sausage tortellini w/spicy tomato sauce; romaine w/creamy parm; fruit

Happy Cooking Everyone!

Yesterday I just made a big garden salad with chicken chunks.
Today I'm making creamy mushroom, chicken and rice soup, and leftover salad.

Lovin, I love a good salad; your soup sounds wonderful.
Chicken sounds good newbie; and nothing better than leftovers Dalaney.

I just got home after a crazy day of in and out; and, I am honestly NOT hungry at all. I'm thinking of a grilled cheese sandwich; I really just don't want much of anything, but I should eat something. Maybe some scrambled eggs might be nice. My shrimp are mostly thawed; but, they will be fine tomorrow. I can also rely on a good bowl of ramen too, LOL. I admit it; I do have those crunchy packets in my pantry and it now and then.
