"Servings are esitmated it will depend on the sixe of your cookies. For a firmer crispier cookie bake a little longer than 7-8 minutes, these cookies firm up after baking and are even better the next day so I suggest to make the cookies a day ahead just leave them on the baking sheet until ready to use for this recipe. If you have any extra filling left over just freeze for another time. Prep times doe not include making the cookies"
