I used this to marinate pork strips and it flavored them quite nicely. I let the strips marinate for 4 hours then skewered and grilled them, deelish.

I made this up and used it on steak last night for dinner. It is a great marinade with a great blend of flavors that carried over to the meat. I loved the wine ginger combination. I used Merlot wine in this with great results. I halved the recipe to do one steak and it worked fine. I marinated the meat for about 8 hours. I will use this again. Thank you for sharing! Linda

I tagged this recipe for RZ Recipebook tag game, I used it to make pork tenderloins which I marinaded for 24 hours in this fantastic marinade, I did not have fresh ginger so I used a scant 1 teaspoon dry and also added a in a heaping tablespoonful of crushed chili flakes for heat (we can't eat anything unless it spicy!) the meat turned out so good and I will use this mariade many more times to come, thanks for sharing Mikekey!
