Extra special goodness in one bite. This was top-notch. Very easy to prepare with lots of goodies. The egg with the toasted bread was pure awesomeness on a fork. I used my own salsa, but other than that, exact goodness on a plate. Great for a brunch!

Gerry, I want to meet your friend. Whoever they are they must be a 5-star chef! I love all hot anything and this is no exception. Has Mexican corner taco cantina written all over it. This sauce is bursting with so many flavors, I made it as described, although I admit to broiling the tomatoes to a char and adding them to whole processing. I gave two bottles away already, and now they want more. Thanks for a great recipe!
