Just a quick snap of this one. It is a great rub. I rubbed it into some chicken pieces and refrigerated them overnight. I cooked the chicken in a baking pan on the grill and it turned out soooo good.

Very nice!
I didn't plan on too much grilling this week, but I just found out that most nights I will be at work; so even less grilling for me.

But, I will be sure to visit. Depending on work, I still may be able to sneak a couple of nights of grilling in at work.

Same here KC, I'm working four shifts in a row next week. and the last 2 are night shifts, so not much grilling will be happening here :?

Lunch, yummy..... I'm scared to get on the scale tomorrow after gobbling this up, lol.

I halved this recipe as there was just 2 of us for lunch. I made the crust, topped it with just about everything I could find and cooked this on the BBQ. I only lit one side and let the BBQ come to 375 degrees. I started cooking the pizza in the pan over indirect heat for 20 minutes then slid it off the pan onto the grill, still over indirect heat, to crisp up the crust for 15 minutes. It turned out perfectly

That is just too pretty. OMG that looks fantastic. I love pizza on the grill. Just delicious and such great colors. I got some pizza dough in the freezer ... probably should use it up one night.

I love a kitchen sink pizza and yours looks wonderful - I would love a slice even though I have already had brunch

BLTC on the Grill - Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Cheese

Not a completely grilled sandwich, but I wanted to show how versatile a grill is.

Now, I used a gas grill, which for me, single, it is much easier. For those nights you don't want to heat up your oven and kitchen - simple turn on the grill, and 5 minutes later it is ready. I DO HAVE charcoal - and in my particular grill, I can use charcoal as well, which I have. But I save that for an evening when I have more time.

I cooked the bacon simple on a a sheet of double aluminum foil. Cooked on medium indirect heat, so it baked vs grilled. It came out perfect - about 15 minutes.

I grilled the buns, cut side down on the direct heat side. Then flipped them over on a sheet of foil and stuffed with the fresh mozzarella cheese to melt. I didn't want to toast the outside of the bread.

Done ...
Added fresh tomato slices (from my garden), romaine, bacon, and a basil shallot mayo to the sandwich. Just enjoy. Just a few minutes on the grill. NO heat in the kitchen and took way less time.

And ... Bonus ...
While the grill was on, I grilled 5 thick onion slices and 3 garlic cloves on those same foil sheet for my soup today.
