I've been meaning to stop by here...sorry it has taken me so long. Sometimes I'm embarrassed to post in the photo forum because my photos aren't nearly as good as others here.
I have several recipes/photos I can post in this thread, but for a start, I'm posting one of my personal favorites:
Engrossed's Stove-Top Ground Beef and Zucchini or Cabbage Skillet

Engossed that recipe went straight into my try soom recipe book. I still have a couple of recipes to make for the ground meat event but I plan to make yours next - i won't commit until I have done the other two. Please keep posting I think that is a lovely photo it made me look at the recipe.
Everyone is so welcome to post their photos at any level of expertisein the forum I wish folks wouldn't feel shy to post. Yes we are lucky to have some wonderful photographers and you Engrossed are no beginner so keep them coming.

Cookiejean's Onion Soup

It was SOOO good and easy. Sure beats canned French Onion Soup! I'm posting before and after pics - before the cheese got all melty under the broiler...
