Yes it is from that same cookbook, it's a cookbook that I hold dear to my heart and it has never let me down with a recipe.... "Touch Wood".
I have many more Italian cookbooks now.... Our lovely Italian neighbor across the road had a garage sale (yard sale), I saw heaps of cookbooks on a big table, .... I was like a rat up a drain pipe, when I saw them...lol so it was head down and bum up for me, as I went through each and every book. I had quite an assortment set aside.... but when I went to pay, she would not take any money and I was so embarrassed and thought I will buy her a good red wine (which she likes) and as I was walking away she yelled "And if you buy me anything I will be very offended, its my gift to you"..... so that put an end to that train of thought. I did put some heritage vegetable seeds in their letterbox the next day and they were so happy.
