What a great method to crisp potato skins, I was very impressed at how these turned out! I fill mine with shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.

Great photos Bea! Have to love how photos and reviews inspire, recipe printed! Will be using that Thai-Style sauce on the planned chicken drumettes planed for today's lunch. That and a Caesar salad with homemade dressing should make for a great start to the weekend. :)

Thanks to that awesome photo Bea daughter and I enjoyed a great lunch, we both agree that Thai-Style sauce is an absolute winner. It quickly got the plastic sleeve and into my recipe drawer alongside my fav Thai sauces and have a jar made up for the weekend. :)
