Post by Chef shapeweaver » Sun Mar 25, 2018 8:14 am

Tonight for our dinner I'm trying the following,
#recipe21544 By Tisme.
I'm going to serve it over noodles.

There are two options for dinner tonight,
Either the leftovers from Best Beef Casserole or
making Chicken & Dumplings

Since we had Chicken & Dumplings last night,
we might have the leftover Beef Casserole
tonight. :)

Tonight I made Roasted Chicken and Pimento Mac and Cheese that Michael Symon made on The Chew last week. It was really good! Although I did cut the recipe down to about 1/4 since there's just the 2 of us. Even still, it made enough to serve about 5-6 people.

I didn't use pimento either. Didn't happen to have any. And I used a little bit of a small can of jalapenos because I don't usually use them. Still it was very good.
