I think I'll be making tilapia, Brussels sprouts and rice...very simple and quick to prepare...

Tonight's Dinner : Breakfast .
Which will include Sausage Links,Fried Spuds( leftover Baked Spuds),
Scrambled Eggs, & Biscuits.

I'm late reporting...but we are having grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup...our grandson has his spring performance tonight...

Dinner tonight is frozen clam strips with oven fries and homemade coleslaw...it's been another busy day... :)
