Very nice photos, it's mazing how much more flavor onions have if you fry them, I could just eat a plate of fryed onions alone!

I'm with you parsley.
Now I have found this recipe, I am sure I will be eating more onions.
Now just to find somewhere that sells them already sliced into rings, and save the tears!
