Beef, Mushrooms, Onions, Peas in Beer over Garlic Bread

Will try to post recipe today. A play off of another recipe. It's very easy to put together; and cooks all day in the crock pot. I love to serve it over garlic toast/or a baguette which I used. It's super simple.

Beef, mushrooms, onions, beer; and, a few seasonings. I finished with peas.

It truly is comfort food 101. Add a salad on the side; and dinner is served.

Thx Shadows ... I know ... you and your peas. You can always leave them out. Getting ready to post the recipe tonight; but, just got home. So dinner first, then I'll get it done.

You could always add broccoli or even red peppers which are good too.
