French Country Omelet

Post by Bergy » Sun Aug 07, 2016 2:12 pm

Lovely satisfying omelet. I used ham & cut the reipe back to one serving (2 eggs). Mycheese was Herb Gouda. It got a bit browner than I like but still a tasty Sunday Brunch.
