Needing Hugs

My dear Recipezazz friends I am so needing hugs - this week has seen us from an awesome family birthday celebration for my mom's 95th birthday from all well to seeing being us blinded sided by her sudden passing, seeing us heading to that journey home this Mother's Day weekend. (Yes Carol shortly after our messaging on Sunday) No red roses or carnations this Mothers Day - instead a beautiful fragrant pot of white carnations at my entry along with two pots of lilies at the entrance of our outdoor gathering place. Reading this morning's tribute has made it all too real and has me so missing Henry's hand on my shoulder. Gerry rejoice in her spirit being released into the eternal energy of the universe! Sounds like she lived a long full life and she will live on through you and your family. Death is not an end but a transition to a new beginning.
My thought are with you and your family. I lost my 84 year old father several months ago and it can be hard for those left behind.

My sweet friend I'm so very sorry to hear this :( there's nothing I can do or say that can change this, only time will heal your sorrow, mother's are so precious, you never forget your loved ones but it does get easier, the fact that you don't have your partner does make it harder, I for one surely understand that, its times such as this when you need your DH. Gerry please if you need to chat I am her for you...

Oh Gerry, I'm so sorry for your lost. Huge bear hug to you! I understand so well what you are going through, my mom passed away a few weeks ago. More hugs!
