Happy Saturday ... and Good Morning Everyone!
Well, Saturday is normally my Farmers Market Day; but, killer winds and COLD; so, decided to stay at home. I'll pick up a few items along with cat food at the store today.
Leftover scalloped potatoes were perfect last night; but, tonight I'm not sure.

I also have turkey; and, want to make stuffed cabbage rolls - but, using swiss chard from my garden.

I'm making a Mac & cheese salad made with boxed mac & cheese (I posted the recipe) not sure yet what's going to go with it
