What WAS on your Plate & What's for Dinner Tonight 12/20

Morning ... Sunday already; and counting down very quickly.

This morning I had to drop off a basket for Lady #3 and her cousin.
They are driving up north to spend Xmas and NY's with relatives. Made breakfast and lunch to get them to their first stop; then, they are continuing to head north.
- Cherry muffins/orange honey butter, juice; potato soup; roast beef sandwiches; fruit and nuts to snack on. They are already on their way.

Me, Keeping it simple. A burger, probably just tomato, cheese, lettuce; and, some kind of cucumber salad (extra patties for the freezer). Nothing difficult tonight.

Too many things left to do - in my case mostly baking and wrapping gifts. Mac n' cheese tonight.

I think we all feel just about the same. Anything that doesn't take any pots or pans, on a paper plate; and takes 10 minutes or less, lol.
