No dinner per se, snacked all night, no time, too tired to cook on work days, I would love nothing more than to come home to a full course meal with a bottle of wine I miss good eating during the week, my goal is to find a man that cooks and cook good :D

Hi, rotisserie chicken i n a casserole -- greta way to liven up leftovers --- I have a spanish pie, I like the "I threw together " bit. bet it's brilliant. cheers

Hi Under15 cook --- I was going to say man o man but chica o chica --- magig plate of soup. Love the stuff -- Off the cuff, at a Young age --- the promise for the future is there and more --- I can't really say enjoy school but have a great day. cheer.

Hi CookerKat, early meal -- of course sharw with cat -- Here's a wee different way -- just don't get the cat drunk cheers
Halloween Sardines
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 x 120g/4oz tin Sardines in oil - drained
1½tsp Tomato Ketchup - to taste
A few drops Tabasco Sauce - to taste
A few splashes Worcestershire Sauce - to taste
Touch Lemon Juice - to taste
Salt and freshly ground Black pepper
1 to 2 slice(s) toast - buttered
A large dram (or more) Vodka
In a small bowl roughly mash the sardines with the ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire, lemon juice;
Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread mixture on toast;
Add huge sprinkling of vodka and serve.

Late meal -- I would forget the bread and spread masses of cheese over the chips' under the grill till melt then top with crispy bacon bits, -- now you are talking. cheers

Hi Franzie, sorry -- taken!!!! but never despair -- an easy récipe for any night

20 minutes with a bottle of nice red. cheers hic, hic.
Aglio E Olio - Spaghettini with Garlic and Olive Oil
120ml/8tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp Garlic - finely chopped
1 to 2 tbsp Flatleaf Parsley - finely chopped
¼ tsp - to taste Dried Chillies - crushed
Salt
450g/1lb Spaghettini Pasta - Can also use Spaghetti
Boil water for pasta, add 1tbsp salt and 1tbsp olive oil and drop in pasta, stirring until all strands submerged and separated;
Put olive oil and garlic in a large frying pan and cook over a medium heat;
When garlic starts to sizzle and change colour, add parsley, chilli and touch of salt; Stir well to mix and remove from heat;
When Pasta is cooked “al dente”, return pan with sauce to a low heat, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce;
Toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce;
Taste for salt and spiciness and serve.

hi Don and all- late to the party today- i made chicken stirfry and lo mein noodles- best yet-- marinated the sliced chicken thigh meat in italian dressing with ginger - garlic and red pepper flakes-- made a ton- so lefties for both hubs and i today-- he actually had 2 plates last nite-- i was happy- loe the clean up too almost none-- have a great day!!-judy- oh and i used frozen stirfry veggies added more snow peas - had a can o water chestnuts- quartersed them-- was yummy!!- and fake- frozen eggrolls--

oh boy thank you DQ, that sounds really interesting, love the vodka, but what is a dram
