Thank you!!
Chattes and Felix

It was a nice and productive day ... I know, a day to relax etc.

Well, a bloody mary for brekkie after working all night (I deserved it, lol)
I got a lot done in the garden (that makes me happy)
A nice jacuzzi before dinner
Dinner with my son, saki, and sushi
A movie with a good friend, more cocktails
and ... I did get all my errands done

So, a good day -

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Felix, lunch and dinner both sound good. I saw your chicken pic, looks pretty tasty!! All your meals did.

I hope that everyone is having a nice Labor Day Weekend; or for those in Canada also enjoying a long weekend as well.

For me ... just another weekend here, I stay away from the beach, too busy. I did enjoy the pool yesterday; and will today as well.

Leftover sushi for lunch
Over to a friends for a small get-together - swim, cocktails, and I'm taking my pickle dip (by request)
Dinner, is just me.

I have a burger I can make; and leftover cauliflower and broccoli salad. I'll have one or both - depends what I feel like. I could always make a fried egg sandwich or BLT too. Stupid simple tonight :)

Figured I would go easy tonight - Tomorrow, on the smoker, chickens, salmon, spuds, and onions!

Thanks! That chicken was amazing! I took a couple of liberties with it, but the recipe as posted was darn near perfect. :)

Not sure what I'm doing for dinner. Today I'm wrangling kids at the new house while my niece and her husband make the 1-hour each way trek with boxes and furniture and whatnot. There is food and dishes at the house, but not much in the way of perishables. I suspect we're eating mac & cheese and frozen vegetables.

I have so many fresh veggies from the garden, I roasted tomatoes with garlic and peppers. I made a veggie stew with cabbage, broccoli, onions, bells, carrots, jalapeno's, corn and green beans, all out of the garden. It was delicious! I also made wraps with fresh lettuce and tomatoes right out of the garden, with flavored cream cheese and turkey. We had a tasty dinner and it was so filling! Cream cheese was flavored with garlic powder, fresh basil and cajun seasoning. They were great.

I'm jealous - it sounds delicious. I would love a dinner like that.
I had too many snacks at my friends; so, an egg sandwich was dinner. Very low key night.
