The house itself is nothing fancy Bea, but it doesn't need any major work either. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, where this house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. I'm turning one of the bedrooms into a pantry and storage room for our Sam's Club bulk items since the kitchen has nowhere near as much storage as this one. I plan on spending a lot more time outside! :D
