*Sneaks in, looks around, and whispers, "I have the day off. I wasn't supposed to, but I do." :)

Dinner is going to be a bunch of my #recipe1453, some with spinach. I'm making however many come in a box of Dreamfield's lasagna noodles. It was on sale last week, so I only had to pay $2.50 for the box. :) I've also got a butternut squash, so I'm going to try #recipe10665. Probably some steamed broccoli on the side.

Felix ... sounds like a great dinner and nice to get a day off. ENJOY!
RecipeR, yummy!

Me. After being up since 5, this and that; and out all afternoon, a bit exhausted. And working the midnight shift. I still have about 1 hour work in the yard which is where I am headed; and then dinner. I have a veggie pasta in the freezer; it would be a quick thaw in the micro. I think that is dinner. Just don't want to deal with it today. Everything for the rest of the week I planned can keep; so, this seems to be the easiest way out.

I am cooking spaghetti squash.
I am determined to like it.
I feel like Dr. Frankenstein but I do think it will work.
Science experiment is in the oven as I type. ;)

It's a bit different, but I do like it. However, it never takes the place of pasta for me. But, I do like it now and then.

Sue, it works great in the micro too. I just poke a couple of holes. Bake, then it cuts really easily. Then, finish. Takes about 20 minutes total.

Parm, a little oil, and herbs is really good; and, I like Feta, olives, and spinach, too. Let us know what you end up with.

Morning Everyone!

RR, what type of corn casserole did you make; that, sounds really good.
Just got off work, so exhausted. Today is pretty hectic like yesterday.

Ladies #1 has her unexpected company, so no need to cook. Lady #2 is joining them for dinner; so I am off the hook.

Me, I plan on ... but, that hasn't worked out too well. Making, sort of beef pasties/hand pies.
But, I am using pork I think from my freezer stash. I also have some freezer hash browns, I could add with onions, maybe, apples too (since the pork was cooked in beer and apple cider). Store bought pie crust ... because everyone knows I hate to bake; but, I do have some homemade pork gravy in the freezer too.
I might roast some beets too. I think those over some greens might make a nice salad for this.
