Oh that is a hard one.
Brunch, a good Bloody Mary or Mimosa
Late day, or with pizza and fried food - a cold BEER
Relaxing late a night - Vodka, lemonade or soda with a twist; or, bourbon soda
A party with friends - Bourbon with coke or ginger ale
With dinner - red wine
