If you want to add your home town to the map you can do so by just replying to this topic and putting it down, and I will add it.
It does not show your house or where you are, just your town. There will be some place in your town that gets marked, but it is totally random. For example, the town where I live is marked by some tree behind the local Kroger store.
If you would like to add your town but don't want to put it in the forum here, you can message me privately and I can add it. No one will know your name is connected with a town that way.
If you live in a really really rural area, you can always give me the name of the nearest town. It will be close enough.
I thought this would be fun, so please participate if you care to.
