Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to be thankful for our families, good friends and peace. This has been an eventful year for so many...remember...I keep this in mind...there are no bad days...some are just better than others. ;)

We had a feast of course, as I am sure most of you all did too. I am making a baked omelette this morning with some leftover ham. The great leftover challenge has begun!
