Yep Chicken feet is one and I have just discovered Silkie Chicken - Their meat and skin are black and the frozen bird comes complete with Head, neck and feet. I am not queasy but I really had trouble cutting it up - no I am not cooking it but I am giving a BC DAY feast to Hector our friendly Raven.
I though I was buying Ginsing chicken - What a mistake and quite an expensive one too

I do not blame you. I have had a black chicken before and NOT impressed. It was at a food tasting. NO, never made one ... don't think I will.
