I love rosettes! Grew up eating them. I tried to find an iron and OMG no one has one, probably need to order one online!

Not gluten free, I'm assuming. I wonder if that's even possible. My parents used to have the iron, but I'm not sure what happened to it.

I tried making them GF first...sigh...it was a disaster. I'll try another flour combination though. I am not giving up!!!! I used to just love them!!!!
I got my iron from Creative Kitchen.
posted it here cuz I was in such a hurry!!!! It has been so busy here and coming and going of family!!!!! Yikes! Sorry Bergy!

Jelly,

Did you use a flour blend that had some high protein flour in it? I wonder if that would help or not. GF recipes can sometimes be tricky. I found a GF crepe recipe that I use now instead of my grandma's Bavarian pancakes (big thin pancakes, similar to crepes). It turns out great every time and I make them a lot. I've even made changes and it's flexible.

Oh yum! I remember eating those, but haven't seen them in a long time. I even picked up some rosettes at a yard sale once and never used them (didn't have a recipe or instructions then).

Now you make me want to find a new set and give them a try. I am fairly sure I got rid of my set in a move.

Nice photo :)

I know this is way off subject...(Isn't that how most of our topics go?) Anyway, I was thinking how great it would be if someone were to make a gluten blocker pill, similar to the fat blocker pills! Or pills similar for people who are sensitive to milk products! Take a pill, eat dairy, take a pill, eat gluten!
Ok, I know, I think weird things, but whoever markets it, would make millions!
