It's been a busy morning here so far. Had some good meat sauce last night. I screwed up the ravioli though, wasn't paying attention & they cooked the insides out. Whups!
Things do happen.
I usually boil over pasta water.

Jeez Sue, you are always cooking up a storm!!! I had to google most of those dishes, never heard of most you have listed.
It's an obsession. A very tasty obsession but still. It is what it is!

Our lives are rich and blessed, knowing our way around a kitchen.
Imagine a life with just take-out or days full of cereal and milk.
Anyone out there gawking who does not cook and does just that? And dreams of cooking...
I recommend they find a recipe, and just do it. Then eating will never be the same.

Another overcast day.
I have stuff now for potato salad and also the peppercorn cookies.
I am just missing sunshine for the photos. This place is a cave. Dark!
Debating some chicken wings for the game Sunday. Not even sure I want to watch. We're Bengals fans and feel a bit miffed about more than a few ref calls.
However, that being said, wings also go with movie night.
I saw an interesting recipe for Nepali wings. Looks sort of Indo-Chinese. Could be a plan!

Oh I will be watching. I have the family coming over for the game. Everyone is bringing some finger foods, yum.
Sue you have loads of great game night recipes!!! You should share them over at the Super Bowl contest for a chance to win a couple of 50$ gift cards.

I'll save that for members who submit to the site regularly.
My posts onsite are ten years old and I don't have new ones I can share here right now.
I am hoping to update old photos over time. But that takes time.
Today I have to contemplate a 50 pound box of produce that was sent to me. At least it's a sunny day so if I cook/bake and take photos later, the pix will look nice. I just need one recipe using it but don't want to waste any of the fruit. It all looks very fresh.

Lazy day Sunday. (IOW: laundry).
Not much else going on here. I don't mind. It's nice to have mundane unimportant days now and then. Less to think about, relaxation is key.
