I don't condemn anyone who is addicted to prescription drugs. I condemn the "doctors" who prescribe them. They are the true culprits.

Especially these celebrities -- just looked at all we learned about the so called "doctors" that were caring for Michael Jackson!!!!!!

Nobody knows if prescription abuse was the cause of her death or not. Speculating on what actually did her in is pointless until the toxicology reports come in in a couple of weeks.

I'm curious about both the daughter and Whitney being found passed out in the bath tub - what sort of high were they on/looking for? Is this a popular way to do drugs? I know nothing about it and I'm just wondering maybe there is some "Oh, this is the best way to relax, pop a Zanax and have a cocktail in the tub" sort of thing. You know? I have read that there were "tons" of prescriptions and then one "official" said there were no more than you would have at your own home. Time will tell.

It's much nicer to think that this innocent, golden-throated angel is the victim of medical malpractice by incompetent/greedy/unscrupulous scrip doctors than that she had a many-MILLION-dollar, twenty-year-plus history of truly serious and well-documented drug abuse.

You could be wrong. Maybe I am. Time will ultimately tell.
