Clicks are in! :O3 LOL...I so understand willpower (or not)...lol This morning the temps are falling even more...-15.8C...about 5F. So we are keeping the wood fire going constantly...and I will probably get the wood cook stove going this morning to boop up the temp in here a wee bit. As you can see...we only have wood to keep us warm. Have the lower temps hit you yet?

Have a cozy day! :D

temps hitting off and on. not full force till weekend then it gets down to 13 f. right now 34 f. was in 24 or 26 f at night. One nice thing about wood as heat is suppose to be higher and dryer. My cousin had wood hear that once have regret change over to electric if do that as wood heat different kind of heat. we have a missionary in our area even though she is use to colder temperatures in Utah she is cold all the time because our humidity is so high. When I lived in Utah it was common for every year for it to get down to -20 or -30's

so far no snow but it is expected to hit today. 1-3 inches no where near your 3 feet.

Clicks are in! :D

You are correct...wood heat warms you through and through...so much better than forced air, electric or propane. I freeze when I have to go to the coast. Put on sweaters inside just to keep warm. The damp air (humidity) is what get me. We live in a dry climate...even the snow is dry...it squeaks when you walk on it.

The temp this morning is -22C (-7F).

Keep bundled up and warm...go play in the snow if you get any. Make a snow angel! :D Have fun!

it was 18 last night - this morning .. but the missionaries from Utah and Montana are colder here than at there homes where it goes into minuses. Humidity is high on coast, in Oregon.

it is suppose to warm up starting Wednesday night . saw snow in coos bay but none here yet. coos bay is 25 miles away.11 miles to coast line then up a bit.

I think you mean winter storm Dion. it has already hit here. cold Image can't tell you how it will effect you as storms always pick up steam once they cross Rockies. but that may be south of you.

Nope weather channel expects Dion to leave and another storm to hit on weekend. guess were going to get 1,2,3 punch :o or at least you are. Things are mild comparatively on the coast. Cold (22 f) but warms up to low 40"s be afternoon. I am going to walk downtown and buy some sour cream so I can make sour cream raisin cookies for Christmas party church is sponsoring this Friday. Know not real festive but good and I want to watch my pennies
