Found 2 cookbooks today

Well, I will try the recipes before posting any here. But they sound delicious. My mom came for lunch today and she loved the rosemalers and took that one home to find some recipes. There are some really "different" sounding recipes. But they sound good too.

If you're taking requests, try the lefse recipe. There are no lefse recipes on zazz. It's a flatbread. You like baking bread!

I have had that Sue, and my mom even commented that there are recipes in there for that! She was delighted to take that home and read! She at first declined and said, No, you read it first, but I told her I work 40 hours, wont have time until next weekend and when she got up to leave today, she was sure to grab that cookbook! Made me smile. I know she is going to enjoy looking through it. She was doing it while she was here, saying OMG look at this one, oh my, that sounds delicious!
