Last week, our local pizza joint had a coupon for BOGO. So we ate one and I put the other one in the freezer. Heated that up last night.
It snowed last night, so I think I'll make a pot of chili, only I have to use pureed roasted red peppers instead of tomatoes since my hubby is on a potassium-restricted diet. Actually, I kind of prefer the red pepper sauce. It seems a little richer.

Even though the Turkey was done in time
for last night's dinner ,we had the last of the Lasagna .
Tonight it will be some of the Turkey,how it will be used I've
got no clue.

My daughter can not eat tomatoes so she brought me out for pizza one night and she ordered a pizza with hot sauce (something like Frank's) with some veggie and goat cheese and it was very good!

I'm headed out of the area for 4 days...going on a motocross event in the RV and will be on an old farm with no internet...I'll be back on Tuesday :)

Took a little road trip today down to Amish country and ate at our favorite Amish restaurant. Had broasted chicken (fried in a pressure fryer) and DELICIOUS coconut cream pie! Ordered 2 breasts so we could bring one home to have later. Should have ordered 2 pieces of pie so we could have one later, too.
