Re: ~ Click to Feed the Animals ~
Did the me day Sunday yet come Monday morning indoor chores rather than the outdoor yesterday. Took most of the morning before I could manage to bend enough to put on my jeans and socks! Thinking it would be frowned upon to be in the garden in pjs. When I did get to it was out til nine prepping for today, thankfully got all my tomatoes out in well watered soil.
Keep reminding myself to look at what's done and continue to pick my battles. There were perks, the yard smells wonderful, my deep purple and the blue Lilacs are blooming and very fragrant Miss Kim is opening buds and the White Altai rose in full glory! Thought I missed the Orioles great to see the first one . Must was enticed seeing the dried orange slice, I suspect it was one familiar with the hanging basket with both halved and slices available.

Wow....what a Sunday I had! The man with the dump truck came with a load of fire wood and then we filled the truck with old metal, machinery, scraps of this and that. Felt so good to have it gone.
Then I came in and relaxed for awhile. Well....I happened to fall asleep with my ankles crossed. When I woke up the pain was excruciating! I could barely walk, had use a cane. My ankle was swollen. So did the RICE thing (rest, ice, compression, and elevation. This morning it is still swollen and am able to walk normally. Learned that lesson really well! LOL

An incredible animal rescue right here in town, a fourteen year old little pug cross went missing at the far end of town (near highway) for five days, Whole town was looking for her and praying she would found. Being such a beautiful little one I was beginning to think she was taken. Five days out there, terrible wind storms, combined cold night temps and intense heat some days. Found on a grid road out of town. Lost weight, dehydrated spent the day at the clinic and back to her loving home. Nothing like the power of pray.

Whoo snow to the north completely destroying gardens, it was cold here but we maintained. Trying to get a semblance of order there between the wind and smoke has my back and joints screaming so only 3 extra things done this morning, that includes sewing on a button! lol
Looks like it wants to rain, with the last of the three grads on today I hope it waits another day as all we seem to get is dribble drops just enough to keep one in.
Wishing you a Happy weekend.
