Weird things we eat because of our family

yeah but it's a great combo Kim, I even sprinkle chili flakes on my vanilla icecream cone.. spicy baby!!

I LOVE mayo and mustard on my sandwiches too!!!!!! (You are the only other person I know who does this).

I also salt my watermelon (except when I put a plug in it and fill it with VODKA...but THAT'S a topic for another day, ha, ha, ha).

I love Malt Vinegar on my french fries. In fact, a lot of our restaurants have the Malt Vinegar already on the table for that purpose.

Agreed! Especially horseradish! Love love love it! And cheese, couldn't live with out it. ;) I've learned in recent years that horseradish is excellent with hard boiled eggs...and someone from kittencals told me about adding it to tuna salad...Yum!

Horseradish is good with so many things! I'll have to add it to my tuna salad! Yum!

Regarding mustard on fries, weirdly, I love ketchup on a lot of things but not on fries! So, when I was a kid, I would dip them in mustard but didn't really like that either...then someone showed me to dip them in the mashed potatoes and gravy and I liked that, then someone taught me how to dip them into ranch dressing and that is how I still eat them today.

Yeppers! Everyone here eats them dipped in Ranch Dressing! Really good!!!!

I used to love mayonaise and cracked pepper sandwiches!!! And sometimes with potato chips or saltine crackers inside too!!!! Delicious!

Now that sounds good! I love love love BLT's with mayo and cracked pepper. Sometimes I make bacon and cheese with mayo and cracked pepper and somethimes I add yellow mustard.

BLTs are one of my soul foods!!!! ;)

Salt on watermelon just like pepper is a flavor enhancer, that isn't that wierd at all.
