Missed the snow, seeing to sun this morning looking to be a promising outdoor day. I really need some warm and sunny outdoor time. Hope you are feeling better Patti, take care.

Robins and doves seem to be looking to nest, the robins are obviously missing 'their' apple tree which finally succumbed from major hail storms and lightening strike years back. I am missing it too!

This morning saw me up and at it at the crack of dawn, a great feeling after these past months. Nice and sunny looking like an outdoor day. Not only back to finally feeling well the morning sees my fur babies loving happy and content. So happy the introduction of momma and baby to our household went so well, they are so all so loving it warms my heart.

So good to hear you are having a spin day Patti, a well deserved day of relax time. Enjoy!

How true your quote is Gerry! So very happy to hear that you are almost back to normal and your fur babies are happy together!!! Makes my heart sing!

Yesterday...I dusted off my wheel and rub her down with Lemon Oil. She is gleaming! Now...the trick is...will I remember how to spin!! I guess it is like riding a bike, eh what? LOL

We have another sunny day today. Yesterday the temp got up to 23C.

Friendship is a sheltering tree! :-)

Another early up at the crack of dawn morning with me now on the same page as the babies second day running, albeit needing a little help from over the counter Tylenol gel caps as well as my anti inflammatory to get through my morning exercises. Got a good start to the day.

As I enjoyed yesterday's outdoor time I was sure you were enjoying your away time spinning. I remind myself maybe not have quite as much fun in the sun today. I am always amazed how winter leaves a major mess that manages to make those first weeks seem almost overwhelming. Once again there is no doubt leaving most of the clean up for spring saved one lot of lady bugs! My first tiny cheerful Iris are blooming, clumps of daffodils are budding both survivors of the major garden make over has me already starting a fall list.

Your quote is spot on!!! :-)

So happy to hear that you are starting your normal Spring routine Gerry! Any time we do yearly things...I am so grateful as each year passes that I can still do!

Yesterday did not follow through as a warm and sunny day, sunny but not a good outdoor day. The major part of the apple tree has been cut down earlier on, piled in the garden. Not only blocking the paths but this Virgo had to see it gone! That had me hang in cutting it to fit in the bin. Almost done, had me chuckle when I read your post as I am already thinking this is not likely be any normal spring routine happening any time soon! As with you will get er done!

To a happy Sunday and a wonderful week.

Your work yesterday does not surprise me at all!! LOL Hope your body is feeling ok today! Hugs!

I also did outdoor work yesterday...mowed the longest grass area down.

Spent yesterday afternoon in the garden, late afternoon saw me enjoying the sunny day slowly cutting the piled up eyesore heap of the apple tree debris cut into lengths to fit the bins. Great neighbors that I have happened to see me fill the bin and ... shortly after chain saw in hand my awesome neighbor carefully took down my special bird house and proceeded to see the major trunk down and gone! Not only did a great job but later to my door from their barbecue a wonderful homemade hamburger with all the fixings. Made my day!

I could not help but think although these days we are living in a troubled world as long as we have caring people and we all pass it forward hopefully chances are good just might come out the winner. I know maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. One can always hope.

Beauteously poignant quote Gerry! And you had one blessed Sunday! Happy to hear that your neighbors are thoughtful, helpful and caring about you!!!

Yesterday after a dump run with Ella, we let the chickens out into their mobile pen, and then removed some shaving from the coop. Then I went inside and got my spinning wheel etc and Chico and went to sit with the chickens as I spun with Chico happily ensconced on my lap. And there we were for 2 hours in the beauteous sun and light breeze. So happy I did that as today it is raining!
